Privacy policy
Last updated 5 September 2026
Who we are
MƎTRICS. is an independent consultancy based in the Netherlands. We build automation and AI systems for companies, and we take the same privacy-first approach to our own website. This page explains what data this site collects and why. Questions go to hi@m3trics.nl.
What we collect
As little as possible. In practice:
- Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not track you across sites. It records aggregate data such as page path, referrer, country, device type and browser.
- Email. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship.
- Booking a call. Our booking buttons open a Google Calendar appointment page. Google processes the name, email and time slot you enter under Google's privacy policy. We receive only the booking details.
We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels or third-party marketing cookies on this site.
Why we process it
To answer your questions, schedule and hold calls, deliver work you ask us for, and understand which pages on this site people read. The legal bases under the GDPR are our legitimate interest in running a business website and, where we work together, the performance of a contract.
Where it lives
This site is hosted on Vercel. Email and calendar run on Google Workspace. Both providers process data under standard contractual clauses where data leaves the EU. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we process it. Email hi@m3trics.nl and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. We do not notify individually for minor edits.
